CAN Cooperative Media volunteered to help the
Mendocino County people’s Measure S campaign with our
advertising. Measure S was a
People’s Bill of Rights including the Rights of Nature to protect
clean water in Mendocino County enforceable with a prohibition on Fracking
within the County.
CAN Cooperative Media representative Christa
Nuñez approached one of our volunteers at the Farmer’s Market
and offered their services. I
have only the highest praise for Christa Nuñez, who was our
intermediary between our headless consensus-based organization and her
team of professional advertising staff. Christa dealt with us with kindness
and patience, and the utmost level of professionalism.
The professional advertising staff at CAN Cooperative
Media provided the Measure S campaign with customized print and radio ads
that helped carry our measure to a 70% victory. They came to us when we were in
great need of their assistance.
None of our own people were moving forward with advertising, and
CAN came to our aid when we needed it the most. I strongly recommend the high
quality and professional work of the CAN Cooperative media.
Thanks from all of us at the Measure S campaign.
Robin Sunbeam
Treasurer of the Community Rights Network of
Mendocino County
