[CRNMC] Action addressing Herbicide use

Dear All,
No rush until the draft Charter is completed with more input from CRN
activists.
A previous draft charter has included pesticide use which could be
expanded,as well as a number of other issues  that  Tim, Baile and Steve
are familiar with from our meeting with Norman de vall on 1/18/15.

 I wish i could be at this meeting, but I will be in Oakland at the
statewide rally calling the Gov to create a statewide ban on  fracking.
