I've already sent info to CRNMC, Sandy responded. read her email about a
date correction.It's set for Feb.7 in Oakland. No one expressed an
interest so I did not pursue a bus option.Will send you that info soon.

Ash is absolutely correct. We've been in regular contact with both
police and the City, and we have a special event permit. It will be
family friendly, and don't expect any sort of police violence or
issues with the event.

To be specific, as a long-time activist, particularly in Oakland,
the risk is almost non-existent. This is a very well planned
march, and were in very close communication with the police. Its
also a very publicized march, explicitly non-violent, has tons of
beautiful art, and will prominently feature children and elders as
participants.
Regardless, we will have dozens of marshals, peacekeepers, and
police liaisons.
There will be portapotties at lake merritt.
Finally, Ive ccd matt leonard here, our logistics coordinator to
weigh in just in case he has anything to add.
