[CRNMC] Enactment Committee

Hello to all:
I no longer have the time, energy and focus required to be an effective member of the enactment committee. 
I am resigning.

The only piece that I was responsible for is finding out who Karen Boyd, supposedly, a constitutional lawyer. 
She was a lawyer who was hired by one of the students involved with the "Black Lives Matter" protest. 
I started to try to find her on line…but never found out anything definitive. I do not know which student hired the lawyer.
