Hi Baile,

Yes, time banks are working for small towns and large cities worldwide. 
A time bank is basically just a mechanism that allows and organizes 
equitable exchange among neighbors. The 6.5-minute video on this page of 
the Time Bank Media <http://timebankmedia.org/about-timebanking/> site 
gives a concise explanation of how it works. The ultimate goal for the 
coordinating team is to eventually become obsolete.
