[CRNMC] About time banking

Thank you for the feedback Charles, but I already know about the 
Mendonoma Time Bank located in Gualala. But as you indicated, it has not 
been active for some time. In fact, the last exchange was 2 years and 2 
weeks ago. Furthermore, to be truly effective and maximize the potential 
benefits from the time bank model, it really needs to be located within 
the community which it serves.
