Dear Agnes, Yes, I did see Doug's response. I am just being a bit pragmatic regarding the intentions of the County Counsel in the second sentence of my response below.
Most of my email below is regarding thoughts that go beyond the codification process and into the real enforcement of whatever is codified into law.
I find it interesting that nobody has responded to the points that I brought up regarding our need to reach out to the judicial and law enforcement components of our county government regarding Measure "S."
