[CRNMC] Please take the Measure S campaign survey

Hello CRNMC friends and associates,

If you have not already done so, please take the survey for all 
those who participated in the Measure S campaign. Even if you only
sent us good vibes, and did nothing more, we want your input. Please
be as honest as you can, because we need feedback and good ideas
about where to go from here. The survey is very quick to complete,
and there are only ten questions. There are also many places where
you can provide your own custom answers, if you don't relate to any
of the suggested answers we provided. The deadline for completion is 
January 20th at 530PM.

this survey a reality.
