[CRNMC] Enactment committee

Dear Carrie,

I originally shared your thought.

Sleeping on this brought forth another thought depending upon what we all understand as "Enactment."

First off,  to date, County Counsel has not confirmed that all of Measure "S" will be codified into law.  

Also, "Enactment" can also encompass making sure that measure "S" is fully supported by the Superior Court Judges in our County, our County's District Attorney's office and the County Sheriff's department.

For when "S" is challenged, it is essential that it is recognized as an enforceable county law by those in our county whose job it is to enforce our laws.

So we need a committee who are dedicated to educating and verifying that we have this support and understanding throughout the judicial infrastructure in our county.

I believe it would be good for us to meet and confirm our interest and direction regarding manifesting "S" as enforceable law in our county.
