[CRNMC] Measure S Participants Survey - Please Fill Out The Survey

Hello CRNMC friends and associates,

Tim Rice has graciously taken my draft questions for a survey,
and added his own responses, and then posted the questionnaire
on Survey Monkey. It involves only ten questions, and you can
probably complete it in three minutes -- less if you are a fast
typist.

If you, in any way, worked on the Measure S campaign, we want to
hear from you. Even if you only sent us good vibes while we were
working on the campaign, please fill out the survey. And please
post only one response per person. The deadline for responses is
