[CRNMC] CRNMC Treasurer's Report

I am delighted to announce that 3 generous people stepped up for Community
Rights and made donations!  We now have $76.86.  

Thanks to the 3 donors for helping us promote local Democracy with
Community Rights!

I'd still feel much better if we could have a
balance of at least $100.  Can one more person step up with a $25
donation?  Or 5 people sending us $5 each?
