Seems to me the key for us going forward is to better identify what "inalienable rights" are. And, therefore, to define the parameters of "community rights" in terms of those inalienable rights. Are inalienable rights the same as human rights?

Federal, and even state, preemption cannot and must not ever trump our inalienable or human rights.
