[CRNMC] [charter] CRNMC GENERAL MEETING

I am also interested in a brainstorming meeting on how to proceed with the
steps/tracks involved in becoming a charter county.  And yes, Jim
Tarbell's/Michael St. John's class could help all of us become a more
cohesive and collaborative voice -- with a more informed skill set to
