 Dear friends across the country who have attended one of my Community Rights workshops,
My fifth speech to be broadcast nationally on David Barsamian's weekly show, 'Alternative Radio', is going to be played THIS COMING WEEK, and possibly as early as yesterday (sorry!). HERE is a link to the speech info on the AR site. The focus of this speech is Climate Protection and Community Rights, although AR gave it a much more generic title (unfortunately). I gave the speech in Minneapolis on February 23rd. Malia Burkhart and many other folks worked very hard to make it happen, for which I am very grateful.
This weekly radio show plays at different times on about 200 radio stations across the US and Canada. People can click HERE to find out where and when it plays in YOUR community.
Hoping you can listen in. And hoping you might be willing to forward this email to your friends and colleagues so that they too can listen to it.
The original speech in Minneapolis was slightly longer than one hour, and was followed by another full hour of Q&A. Somehow, they've edited this down to a total of 52 minutes for this radio broadcast, including three audience questions. I look forward to hearing how they did it!
