Tim, and all,

The candidates are not our target. The electorate is. 

This Measure will pass, no problem.

Our target is to prepare the electorate to rise up when, after the Measure passes, the powers-that-be, esp. the high judiciary, challenge this as an unlawful measure. The only remedy for that is organized rebellion to assert community rights.
