Hello community rights friends,

This new continuing legal education seminar, offered by the American Bar Association, is a good indication that the regulation of fracking is getting to be a matter of considerable concern to the legal establishment, and the corporate overlords to whom certain members of the legal establishment provide services. I am not suggesting that any of you attend (cost $195).

On another level, the offering of this seminar is a reflection of the work we and other communities are doing, and I take it as a indication of our continuing success. May Measure S pass by a extraordinary margin!
