[CRNMC] Support Measure S

Really sorry to hear that Barry is publicly writing in opposition to Measure S .  I respect his opinion of the questionable legality of the measure.  

At the same time, his action of submitting the argument against the measure on the voter information booklet is a direct step of his publicly influencing the opposition.

I highly respect Barry and I am sure he will write a very good and influential argument against the measure. 

My sense is that he is held in high regard by many in our community, including people who are in favor of banning fracking and protecting our water and other natural resources.

This is troubling news which, I believe, will influence the swing vote.
