[CRNMC] public comment on fracking regulations

Evening Shonduel,

I'm with you, confused and concerned about this mailing.  I searched and
found

This article is complicated and I'm feeling the need for someone, skilled
in sciences and fracking specifically, to do some interpretation for me.
Know of someone who fits the bill?
