[CRNMC] public comment on fracking regulations

On 10/11/14, I received a notice in the mail that creeped me out, informing me that the public comment period for the newly revised SB 4 Well Stimulation Treatment Regulations regarding well stimulation treatments such as hydraulic fracturing and acid matrix stimulation will be from 10/9/14 to 10/24/14 at 5 pm.  The second revised test of the proposed regulations and other rulemaking documents are available at http://www.conservation.ca.gov/index/Pages/prpsregs.aspx or (916)322-3080.    I am sharing this for informational purposes only and to highlight the urgent need for passage of Measure S.
