Good news!
Ani at La Voz got back to me and said they have just enough room to do our
ad. They have two separate 'holes' in the paper, on two facing pages, so
we will have our flyer in English on one page and in Spanish on the other
page. In total our ad space will be slightly bigger than the dimensions we
agreed to pay for, at no extra cost since it was her decision to put us in
two spots. I had to make the flyers smaller to fit our budget, but
attached are the flyers that will be in the paper. Ani at La Voz thinks it
will work and she will do the final re-sizing.
I asked her for an invoice and an address where we should mail a check,
I'll follow up with Robin when I know these details.
Good work at the last minute everyone, it sounds like we got it in on time!
