Someone on this list included some public bank people in a reply so
now they are included in the thread. Since there has been discussion
about public banking on this list I chose to let the exchange flow
rather than unilaterly censor (limit to crnmc subscribers) the exhange.

Here is the thing. This list is for all things related to CRNMC
so you can expect high volume from tim to time. The subject is
still up about what CRNMC should do next and public banking is
one of the things mentiioned as a possibility, so I as one of
the administrators of this list did not think it aproprite to
limit what was sent to this list in reply to our subscribers posts. 

That said, I would prefer if the list is used by the list subscribers
mostly because adding non list members to a thread causes a delay
and more work for me or doug to review and release the messages
when they get held for moderator aproval. If the replies (or new posts)
are just to the list, the get right through and no extra work for me.
