[CRNMC] URL to see charter draft #14 on the PBI website

Robin, the address you gave is for a file in your computer (i.e. only accessible to someone using your computer.)  If you want others to access it, I think you have to sent it to us or put it into an application like Dropbox on your computer and send us the public link to it there.

The PBI has recently overhauled their websiteand after a thorough search, our draft charter is no longer there. Instead, there is a link to the MC Public Banking Coalition Facebook pageand the draft charter can be seen there in the NOTES section.  Sinceit was the first thing entered into the notes, it is now on the bottom ofthe list of notes.
