[CRNMC] Oil company files $1.2 billion claim against San Benito County

Hello all
The San Benito County ordinance was in the regulatory realm…not a community rights initiative.
I think the critical difference is that the oil company is already Fracking there in San Benito County and they want to continue.
Changing the course of a river is a huge, daunting task.
