[CRNMC] final election count rounds to 70% !

Hi everyone,
The final election results (attached) were published this morning by the County 
and the final count for Measure S is 69.52%...which rounds to...70%.  So I think 
we can rationally tell the world that voters support the measure by (a whopping) 
70%.
