[CRNMC] combining public bank and home rule charter

SO! This is great. The "other things" Charles mentions could become the initial basis of strategic planning; i.e., each of the four items could be the focus of a working committee. Each could meet a couple of time and then one or more members of each comm. could attend a coordinating gathering to share and cross-pollinate.

What would be a good way to apprise interested people in these committees and see who gravitates to which committee?
