Yes!  Let's ban fracking, then establish community control over water.  That was, after all, the original purpose for which many of us joined the CRN.  We went along with the fracking initiative, but our fundamental purpose was to protect our local water.  This article provides deep background to the importance of community control over water supplies, here and everywhere.  MStJ.
