[CRNMC] Two updated tabling documents

Hi everyone,

Attached are a few documents that I updated or recreated today at the request of 
a few Ukiah tablers.

  * The half-sheet flier is framed, the website address is more prominent at the
    bottom, and the extraneous characters at the end of a few other web
    addresses are removed.  (This is in English only, so single-sided, so far. 
    If anyone wants the Spanish version done similarly, let me know.)

  * The quarter-page double-sided "Fracking - Who Decides" handout is
    recreated.  (We weren't able to locate the original artwork.)

When I print them both from Adobe Reader using "Fit to Printable Area" and 
"Auto-Rotate and Center", they print centered on the page with appropriate 
margins.  Let me know if this doesn't work similarly for you.

Apologies to anyone else I should have coordinated this with; I've lost track of 
who is working on handouts/fliers/literature.
