Once again the state fails to stop fracking, so its clearly up to
communities.  There are still 2 other bills up today. Just passing on the
minute by minute.

SB 1281 (Pavley) passed the Senate floor with bipartisan support. I don't
have a vote count yet.
The bill would require reporting of water volumes, sources, and disposal for
all oil and gas operations. The bill heads to the Assembly.
