 I wanted to let you all know that the social media team had nothing
to do with the replacement of the Facebook page.  Though I have
asked Peter Norris for help with it for months, he consistently
refused until last night, when Caitlin asked him again of he would
help.  After not understanding my administration methods, he
unilaterally took it upon himself to make another.  
He did the same thing to Tim Rice last week over the web page.  We
had both asked him with help on this, which he consistently denied.
The last time was literally days before Tim decided to make one
without his help.  As soon as Tim was finished, Peter revealed his
web sight, a sight whose domain name and expense had not been
discussed in any way by committee and an unnecessary expense
considering he would have been welcome to use the domain name already
agreed upon (and paid for) for his project if he had accepted Tim's
offer of days before.  
Peter Norris is making a mockery of our group process, confusing a
lot of people as to which web page or FB page should be printed on
what, and all this days before the Gasland II launch.  The social
media and media committees reached out to him, and he refused to work
with us in any capacity.  If the committee system is no longer
working, lets discuss other options.  If the committee system is
still the way we are doing business, lets please require all members
of the group to conform to the process so as not to waste any of our
volunteer time.
I have realized that there has been a communication breakdown since
Kelly Larson left as our tentative "leader."  We desperately need to
reorganize the point committee to ensure that jobs are getting done as
quickly as the community will allow so that no one wastes more time
and money, yet we all remain working together and on the same page.
 Caitlin has taken the lead on organization but is feeling the
pressure and needs help.  We will organize a point committee
conference call to discuss these issues and decide on the next step.
