[CRNMC] PLEASE REMOVE DAN DJERDE FROM ENDORSEMENT LIST

This Dan Djerde debacle is exactly what I was concerned about.
I am not taking any more endorsements this way.
What I mean is; if any of the lists contain previous endorsements, I am
tossing the entire list.
Also, I would much prefer an email forwarded from the endorser in question
when possible.
Otherwise, I will consider them, "Hear Say" endorsements and may not post
them.
