[CRNMC] how are we suppose to vote for the website?

The only problerm with the http://www.crnmc.org/ website is that it is a
high speed connection, I think, with all those photos and videos. This
could be a nightmare for citizens with a dialup connection, which I have
heard is what a majority of Mendocino people have available to them. If
that is the case, we need to have a low speed website with all the same
information.
