[CRNMC] Newer info on Donations

 Carrie finally got confirmation on one
detail that was escaping her.   If you accept a donation of  $100 or more
PER YEAR, you must record 

the following information: Name occupation employer  If you are given
$99, no recording necessary.
But if you give $99 now and $99
later, that will be $198 and we will 
need the above information by
your second donation.  

If you don't want to be
recorded as a financial supporter of Community 
Rights, then put your
$100 bills anonymous in the donations jar.
