[CRNMC] URGENT! We have to decide on the website by Friday!

Ditto on 2 web addresses, one marked for "for dial-up"

The Conflict Resolution Team suggested using the www.crnmc.org address
and having it sign directly in to the crnofmc.org website
seamlessly.  I was supposed to send this suggestion last night, but I
like Shannon's suggestion of using 2 sites instead.
