That was April 28.

Currently me.

The information I was working off of was that Peter decided not to
do the web site. Perhaps you missed my May 19 post to this list with
a subject of "What's the social media node been up to?"
In there I explained why there are 2 sites. Here is a chunk of that post.
....
| Now the web site. Or should I say web sites.
| We thought Peter was going to put together some content for our web site.
| On May 6, Peter e-mailed the process team saying he was resigning
| from the process team (He had self selected in on Apr 25) and also
| said he was not going to do the web site. With no one else stepping up,
| I started building one. At last Thursday's CROW meeting I mentioned
| it was almost ready and Beth B. and Peter offered to send me content. Cool.
| Beth B. delivered lots of fracking stuff. The site went live Saturday.
| The crnmc-media list was notified Saturday afternoon. Hearing positive
| comments and no objections, it is being announced to this list.
| It doesn't have lots of pretty pictures, but considering how much of
| Mendocino in on dial-up, that may be a good thing.
|
| Now remember I said web sites? Well, at Sunday's Willits Town Hall
| meeting, Peter announced http://www.crnofmc.org/
|
| So we went from 0 to 2 web sites.
|
....
So the first indication I got that Peter had changed his mind again was
Sunday's town hall meeting.

I think you may well be right on this point.
Perhaps I'll just take the one I built down and
redirect http://www.crnmc.org/ to http://www.crnofmc.org/
If there ends up being any interest (so far none) in the discussion
Forum, it can be at http://forum.crnmc.org/
