[CRNMC] URGENT! We have to decide on the website by Friday!

I noticed that as far as speed goes, and the concern for dail-up users,
that www.crnmc.org takes longer to load certain pages even on my fast
service - how much slower will it be for dial-up people? - is it really
that dail-up friendly? Just noticing.
