[CRNMC] Petition has been approved!!

I'm not volunteering for this (because of other contemporary commitments) but the key to gathering signatures if to have one person inland and one person outland (coast) be in charge of the effort. Just as Karina took charge of the effort to polish, format, and get the Ordinance approved and printed—we need key people in charge, committed, and willing to see it through to the end.
