[CRNMC] update: petition and signature gathering deadline.

Bad news first: the county clerks are swamped with work and haven't gotten to our petition yet. If there are any changes that need to be made, I will have to resubmit the petition for another go around before they sign off.

Good news: Katrina verified what she told us earlier that the absolute deadline for us to submit our signatures is July 11th, but she would like to get it earlier. So I propose that we make a big push that july 4th weekend and submit the signatures on monday, July 7th. I will ask her to verify the dates in an email, so we have it in writing.

The printer has made sure they have the paper in stock and will probably be able to give it back to us in 24 hrs.

The notice of intent was published today in the Ukiah Daily Journal.

Form 410 was done, but I accidentaly erased it, so I have to start over. Luckily, it's not due yet.

Can't think of anything else.
