[CRNMC] Status of the ordinance?

It would not be a zoning ordinance but it definitely could be overturned in the future with another BoS.

Yes, it could be confusing to have two anti-fracking ordinances on the ballot, but I think if we are really proactive about making it clear that ours is COMMUNITY RIGHTS BASED (unfortunately not clear in the title of the ordinance) and complimentary to the BoS ordinance it would be a good thing.

Worse case scenario: If our ordinance fails or vice versa, there will be at least one in place and 2 years to have another go at it in 2016.
