The Process & Conflict Resolution Group has agreed upon the following as our objectives.

(1) Conflict Resolution Process: Define and later oversee a process of conflict resolution so that conflicts within CRNMC are expeditiously resolved, so that members of CRNMC can successfully attend to the important work before them, and so that those within CRNMC can continue to work together with trust and understanding.
(2) Peer-to-Peer Working Process: Suggest and model an orderly process for interacting with other people both in meetings, and outside of meetings, so that we respectfully and democratically deal with each other as peers, and also so that we stay focused on the important work before us.
(3) Roles & Responsibilities Overview: Assist in the compilation of a cohesive and orderly definition of the roles and responsibilities of all CRNMC groups, so we can all know who to go to for what decisions and/or tasks, so that there is a minimum of duplicated effort, and so that there is an orderly and credible face offered by CRNMC to the public.
