[CRNMC] List-serve NOT working for me - My suggestions

With 20 or more emails in each crn digest (usually including many threads of
prior emails on each one), I am simply overwhelmed with too much chaff to be
able to find the wheat. 
I strongly recommend that the list serve be culled to those who really want
to have lots of back-and-forth dialog (if it's useful for that), but that
many, if not most, of the rest of us just be on a larger, NOT inter-active
list, to be informed of what we can do to help, local events happening, etc.
If we have a comment or question, it can go to the moderator of that larger
list who can then forward it to the "inner" group for discussion and/or
response, as appropriate. 
As it is now, I delete almost all crn email; I don't know what I may be
missing but I don't have the time to glean...
I am willing to help but please make it simple! I'm sure I'm not the only
one who is overwhelmed or burnt out.
