I'm guessing from your statement that you are relativly new to mailing
lists using the mailman list software. For the benifit of you and
others that may get a message like this sometime, I will elaborate
on the reason the list software held your post for moderation.
"Message has implicit destination" means that your post was sent to
someone else and the list, not just the list. The software developers
added that feature to reduce the chances of SPAM getting to the list.
Most spammers send to multiple addresses, and most people on e-mail
lists only send to the list. So it made sense to to the developers
to trap messages sent to multiple addresses and have the administraor
release it if it was OK.

To answer your question, Doug and I are administrators.
