[CRNMC] Idea for streamlining our list

Per the request of Kelly and others,  I suggest the following for reducing the amount of mail on our list.

I am on a list serve that shows the email address of the sender in the address bar. 

In this way when you hit "reply" your reply goes only to the sender.

Under this format, if one wishes to reply to the whole list, one would need to select "reply all."

Helps tremendously to keep side conversations on what someone posted off the list that goes to everyone.
