[CRNMC] Email problems solution?

Hi All,

>From the day after Campaign Day I have been concerned about the email
list.  I think that email chatter is stopping many folks from
participating.  We all have busy lives, and when we have to sort thru
multiple emails for what is pertinent, it becomes impossible for many.

Do we want to solve this?  If so, I propose there be at least 2 email
lists.  1 for pertinent action emails only, and another for ideas, news
about other fracking efforts, and non-actionable items.  Anyone else for
that?
