[CRNMC] Three organizational design suggestions

All of these are great, and pretty much what I laid out on the campaign day
in terms of how to organize the groups, so you have the endorsement of a
number of groups who have come before you. The idea on campaign day was to
begin working on that task list, and setting the first meeting for each
group, you may all recall.

Let me know if I can be helpful in setting priorities with each group, or
even having a phone meeting for some of the groups taking on lots of things
in the near future - fundraising, social media, media, signature jam
(already had one) public events/outreach.
