[CRNMC] Grassroots Democracy

Hmmm, we could hand out fliers to spectators at the Willits parade, and we could 
wear "Don't Frack Mendocino" signs.  This could be fun.  Who in Willits can 
organize this?  We can discuss when we submit the petitions, but does someone 
need to register for the parade before then?
