Hello everyone….
Hats off to all of you…What a fine showing for this phase of the initiative process. 
Well done…and some of us are still out there going for more. 
It has been satisfying to coordinate the effort , experience the progress of the group, and watch the number of signatures rise. 
We are almost there…and able to breathe….not just hold our breath. 

We are near the finish line.

THURSDAY, JUNE 26TH………………..TURN IN PETITIONS…YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

10:00-12:00 		Willits Grange..sort, count, check petitions

1:00			Ukiah..County Clerk-Recorder's Office: 
				501 Low Gap Road

Lunch and Celebrate…to be determined
	
If you have been gathering signatures, please coordinate with the point people in your area in order to get the petitions back to them in time for them to get them to Willits by 10:00 on Thursday,  June 26th.
Point people need to coordinate with each other to see who is going to Willits to help with the sorting. I will be calling people to facilitate this part.

Everyone is welcome and encouraged to come to Ukiah to turn in the petitions at 1:00. 

Lunch…When we determine how many people plan to come…let's decide where to go or how to do this. 

Those on the media committees…please note the times and places for publicity purposes. 

Please let me know if you want to come to Willits and/or Ukiah.
That way we can see if we need more people for Willits and how many plan to stay for lunch someplace in Ukiah. 
Thank each and every one of you for all the effort you have made to get us this far.
