[CRNMC] FUNDRAISING HELP! Please read

Hi Robin,

I trust you are certain about this.  I thought this ($99 rule) had been established somewhere in our process, by you even.  I know when I ran for office I got a lot of $99 donations because of this FPPC rule. 
OF COURSE people can give MORE money, but if they want to give close to $100, and that is it, then I was saying go for $99 instead. 
Also, I don't get why, as you say, if you give $99 "to keep your identity anonymous" how the FPPC would know if you gave again if you are indeed anonymous?
