[CRNMC] Further evidence of the need for community rights

The need for community rights is overwhelmingly demonstrated by the 
following documentary, which shows how the FDA and the Texas Medical 
Board have been taken over by the pharmaceutical industry. Government
is simply a servant of industry in the area of drugs. So the issue
is demonstrably way bigger than fracking and clean water... this is
not simply a matter of our suspicions about government being a servant
of industry... they are provably already clearly servants.
