[CRNMC] Can someone subtantiate these claims?

I agree,
This is sounding pretty flaky to me. We shouldn't claim this unless we have
substantial proof. Who else besides Shannon is claiming this. If there are
approved permits, shouldn't we be able to get that information from the
county?
