[CRNMC] "What goes in and out of Hydraulic Fracturing" flier - draft 2

Hi everyone,

Thanks to whoever created the first version of the attached flier.  (I can't 
find where I originally received it.)  Anyway, I created a second version for 
our use in Ukiah.  (All I did was add framing, our web site at the end, and 
spacing so it would double-side correctly.)

When I print it double-sided from MS Word with a 0.38" left margin and 0.5" top 
margin, the frames come out equally spaced from the edges after slicing it 
vertically into two 4.25 x 11 double-sided fliers.  (I also use 0.38 bottom 
margin, and 0.5" right; but I don't think those make any substantial difference.)

Use it if you like.
